"Just wanted to say thank you to the lady behind the counter. We stopped to get dinner and as soon as we walked in the lady asked if we’d like a free pizza,cheese bread and gave us 2 Pepsi. An end to a very bad day. Thanks again and we will stop by again sometime. Heather from Dayton,Ohio."

"I love this Marco's. I keep going back because of the customer service. (Obviously, the pizza is good, too, but I could probably find a better deal elsewhere if I wanted.) Whether I call or place my order online, for delivery or pickup, the associates are nothing short of friendly and pleasant. It is clear that they enjoy their jobs and they always have a smile on their face. I will recommend this Marco's for pizza to anyone in the Milan area."

"I had been a customer of another pizza restaurant for quite some time, but prices went up and quality went down. Today, I decided to try Marco's and received excellent customer service from Eric. He was friendly and focused on ensuring my order was correct. Also (since I'm 65 and can get away with saying this) the young man who delivered my food was serious "eye-candy"!"
